"Avg days" all commissioned battleships from MAINE to WISCONSIN (#64). 

"Deviation" - days below the average and days in red exceed the average. Note - I am curious about the time differences between TEXAS and NEW YORK. I will research to see if I can find the reasons for the difference.

Up through battleship #17, only one ship was below the average number of days from keel to commission.  After #17, almost every ship required less then the average number of keel to commission days even though ships continually increased in dimension and weight.
